This 7” bunka knife is forged from 1084 high carbon steel with s grind for food release and less friction when cutting. This knife is great for all around cooking the tip is great for mincing. The blade is tall for moving food into a pan or bowl and its long enough to prep any meats, fruits or veggies. Handle is elk antler leather and skateboard spacers.
