This 7” bunka is made from 1084 high carbon steel with s-grind for food release and less friction when cutting. Also has a forged finish at the spin that transitions down to a beautiful hand sanded finish. Handle is made from resin, leather, antler and tiffany blue g10. All pinned with copper pin.
